- Applicable GST will be charged as per Government of India regulations.
4. Limitation of Liability
- TVC Holidays shall not be responsible for acts or omissions of third-party service providers.
- Our maximum liability, if any, shall be limited to the service fee collected for the booking.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, trademarks, and materials belong to Timeshare Vacation Club Private Limited and are protected under Indian copyright and trademark laws.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India, and all disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
