1. Booking & Payments
- All bookings made with TVC Holidays are subject to availability and confirmation by respective airlines, hotels, resorts, transport providers, or tour operators.
- Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive/exclusive of GST as specified at the time of booking.
- Full or partial payment is required to confirm bookings.
2. Cancellation Policy
- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via registered email or official communication channels.
- Cancellation charges are governed by:
- Supplier policies (hotels, resorts, cruise operators, etc.)
- Time of cancellation
- Nature of service booked
Indicative cancellation charges refer to approximate and non-binding cancellation fee ranges provided for general guidance only. The actual cancellation charges may vary based on the specific airline, hotel, resort, tour operator, or service provider’s policies, the type of service booked, and the date of cancellation. TVC Holidays (Timeshare Vacation Club Private Limited) does not guarantee that the final cancellation charges will match the indicative amounts listed and shall not be held liable for any variation imposed by third-party suppliers.
- 30 days or more before travel: Minimal service charges + supplier deductions
- 15–29 days before travel: 25%–50% of total booking amount
- 7–14 days before travel: 50%–75% of total booking amount
- Less than 7 days / No-show: No refund
3. Refund Policy
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–14 working days after confirmation from suppliers.
- Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment only, as per RBI guidelines.
- Service fees, convenience fees, GST, and third-party charges are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.
4. Amendments
- Date changes, name corrections, or itinerary modifications may attract additional charges as per supplier rules.
5. Force Majeure
No refunds shall be provided for cancellations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Pandemics or epidemics
- Government restrictions or lockdowns
- Airline strikes or shutdowns
- Political unrest or war

- TVC Holidays shall not be liable for:
- Flight delays, cancellations, or rescheduling
- Hotel overbooking or service issues
- Loss of baggage, personal belongings, or documents
- Injury, illness, accidents, or death during travel
- All images, descriptions, and itineraries are indicative and subject to change.
- Customers are solely responsible for:
- Valid passports, visas, permits
- Travel insurance
- Compliance with destination rules and Indian immigration laws.
